1 Ensure the gearbox's maximum acceleration torque meets or exceeds your motor's peak torque rating, or torque limit the motor accordingly.

Your estimated delivery date is based on two parts:
Time to build and ship from our factory + shipping transit time = estimated delivery date.
Can Teknic ship my order in less than 3 days?
Possibly.Products labeled “Ships in 3 Days” are stocked as semi-finished assemblies. When you order, we complete final assembly, fully test the product, and ship that specific unit. This process lets Teknic provide a reliable short lead time for many products.
Some required manufacturing steps involve cure times that cannot be shortened. Still, depending on the order, we may be able to ship in less than three days. When we can, we will. However, we cannot guarantee shipment in less than three business days. Be sure to add shipping transit time to estimate your actual delivery date.

We want you to be able to thoroughly evaluate Teknic products in your application so you can be confident that they meet all your needs. So we've extended our return period and made the return conditions very liberal. That said, there is a maximum limit on the return quantity:
Teknic will give you a full refund (excluding shipping) on up to nine ClearPath motors or Fast-ship Hudson motors (3-day lead motors) as long as they are returned within 90 days of the invoice date. It is okay for the units to have reasonable wear and tear from using them, but they must be returned in their original packaging (or comparably protective packaging) and still be fully functional (i.e., they must still meet their specifications) with no modifications. Under the same conditions, you may return up to nine total Gearboxes, up to nine total Brakes, and up to nine units per accessory, power supply, or controller part number.
Built-to-Order Hudson Motors are Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NC/NR) and therefore can't be returned for a refund.
Return quantities are calculated by summing all ClearPath and Fast-ship Hudson motors together (regardless of part number), all Gearboxes together, and all Brakes together (e.g., a customer can return up to a total of nine motors, nine gearboxes, and nine brakes). Accessories, power supplies, and controllers are counted per unique part number (e.g., a customer can return nine power cables and nine IPC-5 power supplies).
All ClearPath and Fast-ship Hudson motors, regardless of part number, are summed together to determine the quantity being returned. All Gearboxes, regardless of part number, are summed together to determine the quantity being returned. All Brakes, regardless of part number, are summed together to determine the quantity being returned. Accessories, power supplies, and controllers are summed together on the basis of unique part numbers (so, for example, you could return nine power cables and nine IPC-5 power supplies).
The gearbox input frame size refers to the standardized mounting dimensions on the input side of a gearbox or the side where the motor attaches.
The gearbox output frame defines the mounting interface on the gearbox output side or the side that interfaces with the mechanics.
Round output flanges come with threaded mounting holes for front mounting. Square output flanges have four, non-threaded mounting holes in each corner.
The gearbox ratio is the torque multiplier/speed reduction number. The gearbox stage refers to the number of gear “stages,” or ultimately how long the gearbox is.
Choose from an in-line or right-angle gearbox for your application.
The gearbox input shaft diameter or input bore specifies the expected motor shaft diameter. There are several options available, please ensure you know the exact motor shaft diameter you intend to use.
