24 Volt Power, 2-Pin Molex Cable

This cable connects your digital control signals (from switches, buttons, PLCs, etc.) to your ClearPath motor. The overmolded Molex connector connects to the motor (which allows an IP-65 sealed connection when used with dielectric grease), and the other end can be plugged into a breakout board (or for ClearPath-SC, the SC communication hub), or cut off to create flying leads to allow you to wire into any control device you may use.

Cable to connect your digital control signals (from switches, buttons, PLCs, etc.) to your ClearPath motor. The 8-pin Molex connector connects to the motor. This cable can be cut to make two cables with a ClearPath connector on one end and flying leads on the other. Can also be used to connect an SC communication hub board to a ClearPath-SC motor, or an ASU-FR510 Analog Send Unit (analog to digital converter) to ClearPath motors and User I/O.

The M12 A-code connector end plugs directly into the motor while the Molex 8-pin connector end can be plugged directly into a Teknic controller, such as ClearCore, ClearLink, or the SC4-HUB (ClearPath-SC). The 8-pin Molex connector can also be cut off to create flying leads to wire into any 3rd party control device (e.g. switches, buttons, PLCs, etc.).

Cable used to supply bus power from a DC power supply to a ClearPath motor. It has ClearPath power connectors on both ends, so it is designed to be cut to make two shorter cables or one long cable, with flying leads at one end. See the IPC user manual for connector and mating component part numbers. (Note: this is only a 2-wire cable, so it is not suitable for use as the analog input cable on an ASU-FR510.)

Hudson Servo Motor Encoder Cable – IP66K/IP67, 10 ft

This is a cable to connect the encoder signals of a Hudson brushless servo motor (with the M12 connector option) to any compatible servo drive.

This cable has a mating 14-pin Molex Minifit Jr connector on the drive end (instead of “”flying leads””) to allow us to electrically test every cable before it ships. Most customers will cut off this connector to wire the cable to their specific motor drive connector(s).
