Logic power cable compatible with several Teknic power distribution breakout & accessory boards including the SC4-HUB, POWER4-HUB, POWER4-HUB-S, POWER4-STRIP-S, and the ASU-FR510. This cable can also be used to daisy-chain power between boards or it can be cut to length for flying lead termination at the logic power supply.

General purpose, 156 watt, logic power supply; can be used to power ClearCore/ClearLink controllers, SC4-HUB, ASU-FR510 analog controller, or ClearPath servo motors, including those connected via the POWER4-HUB and POWER4-HUB-S.

Required for ClearPath-SC systems. Provides network connection for up to four axes. Up to four SC hubs can be daisy-chained to create networks of up to 16 axes (per COM port). Automatic brake control outputs are provided (max of two per daisy-chain). One digital input is provided to stop all axes simultaneously.

I/O logic cable compatible with the SC4-HUB distribution board and the Analog Send Unit, ASU-FR510. This cable has 4-pin Molex Mini-Fit connectors on both ends and can be cut to length for flying lead termination at the remote I/O device.

Note: This cable cannot be used to power ClearPath motors.

This cable connects your digital control signals (from switches, buttons, PLCs, etc.) to your ClearPath motor. The overmolded Molex connector connects to the motor (which allows an IP-65 sealed connection when used with dielectric grease), and the other end can be plugged into a breakout board (or for ClearPath-SC, the SC communication hub), or cut off to create flying leads to allow you to wire into any control device you may use.

Cable to connect your digital control signals (from switches, buttons, PLCs, etc.) to your ClearPath motor. The 8-pin Molex connector connects to the motor. This cable can be cut to make two cables with a ClearPath connector on one end and flying leads on the other. Can also be used to connect an SC communication hub board to a ClearPath-SC motor, or an ASU-FR510 Analog Send Unit (analog to digital converter) to ClearPath motors and User I/O.

This blower kit (AC powered fan and shroud) provides a significant increase in continuous torque for certain AC-input (integral hp) ClearPath motors. Motor part numbers shown with a “_fan” after them show the increased specifications using this blower. Note that this kit is not IP rated for dust or liquid protection, and needs AC wiring separate from the motor. The RES-225 is a regenerative energy dissipation unit that is compatible with AC input ClearPaths. Customers can use the RES-225 in applications that experience significant regenerated energy (e.g. vertical axes or those with large inertial loads that decelerate quickly). The Regenerated Energy Shunt will monitor and dissipate your motor's excess regenerated energy output. It provides up to 250W of continuous energy dissipation and up to 7kW peak. This optional rigid base for AC-input ClearPath motors allows foot mounting in addition to standard face mounting. For mounting instructions, refer to the AC ClearPath Manual.

Cable used to connect your host PC to 1) a ClearPath-SC communication hub (e.g., SC4-HUB), or 2) an AC input ClearPath. Note: this cable cannot be used with ClearPath-MC or -SD series models with DC power input; for those, use CPM-CABLE-USB-120 (which has a micro-B connector).

This software is used to manually control and configure your ClearPath-SC motors. It also provides simple, but powerful diagnostic tools to help you measure how well your motors are performing and diagnose problems you may have with a motor or your mechanics. The install also includes a full C++ motion control class library. You get an unlimited license to copy and use this software upon your first purchase of a ClearPath-SC motor.
